Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to urgent patient needs. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and update patient care plans.
- Document patient information and care activities accurately.
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and discharge instructions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license and current state licensure.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
