Marshfield Clinic - 2304 Laurel Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding;
Record and report vital signs and changes in resident condition to RN or charge nurse;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques and equipment;
Participate in infection prevention and control practices and maintain PPE use; support dining and recreational activities; assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
