RN - Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized dialysis care in a full-time, 12-hour day shift role.

• Responsibilities include:
  
  utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinating care with healthcare team members; educating patients; documenting patient information; and maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.
• Key duties:
  
  collaborating with physicians and team members, supervising unlicensed personnel, practicing within the scope of nursing standards, and using technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable. Must obtain and maintain required certifications and licensure specific to the department.
