CNA | Certified Nursing Assistant | $23-$26​/hour

• PRN, self-scheduling and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities, and/or assisted living settings.
• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease.
• Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake, if applicable.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, if applicable.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed.
• Work with the facility staff to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.

• PRN to part‑time with full‑time contract opportunities.

• Active CNA license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi‑state eligibility (transfer eligibility).
• Maintains required certification renewal(s).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience highly preferred but not required.
