Licensed Practical Nurse - Webster

Job Description

Webster Family Medicine in Webster, New York is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will be supervised by a registered nurse or physician and will guide patients through a seamless process to ensure the highest quality, efficient care.

• Provide nursing services during patient care sessions.
• Direct patients through appointments and phone triage.
• Collaborate in care planning discussions with RN, MD, or other providers.
• Determine urgency of care needs and triage emergent situations to the appropriate provider.
• Schedule acute care appointments to maximize patient care opportunities and unit efficiency.
• Maintain flow of provider schedules during patient care, minimizing wait times.
• Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required.

• Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in outpatient primary care and/or pediatrics.
• Current American Heart Association CPR and AED certification.
• Pass a medication administration proficiency exam.

Hourly rate: $25.79 – $33.20 per hour. Salaries or rates will be set within the compensation range based on market data, experience, and internal equity considerations.

Full‑time position: 36 hours per week.
