Registered Nurse - Long Term Care​/SNF

Registered Nurse

Active South Dakota or Compact RN license required. Minimum 2 years of recent RN/LTC experience required. Point Click Care  (PCC) experience REQUIRED. RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience required. Experience training and educating nursing staff on PCC workflows and documentation required. Current BLS certification required. Previous LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing experience required. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, resident assessments, and LTC workflows.

Strong leadership, staff education, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable supporting and training current facility staff. Must be available for 8-hour day shifts 40-hour weekly schedule 13-week assignment.
