Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care – Travel
Join a dedicated post-acute care team as an LPN/LVN, delivering compassionate, hands-on nursing in a fast-paced long-term care setting. Bring at least two years of nursing experience, hold an active practical nursing license, and maintain a current BLS certification to provide high-quality care for residents with memory care, dementia, and orthopedic needs. You'll work a night rotation with guaranteed hours and support from an up-to-date electronic charting system to coordinate care, with no on-call requirements.
This 13-week assignment offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a patient-first culture focused on safety, comfort, and comprehensive post-acute care.
Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license submission
- BLS Certification
- Post Acute LTC/SNF experience (preferred)
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
