Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care Night Shift, Weekends

Role:

Nursing Assistant (NA) in a long-term care facility, providing resident-centered care during night shifts.

• Responsibilities:
  Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding; monitor vital signs; support psychosocial well-being; aid with transfers, repositioning, and range of motion exercises; document resident interactions and health status; assist with housekeeping and laundry; support wellness and recreational activities; and communicate changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age 16; current CNA certification or in the process of obtaining it; completion of required training and ongoing continuing education; knowledge of infection control policies; ability to perform basic health care tasks and support resident safety; and, where applicable, valid driver's license and medical clearance for driving responsibilities.

Provide compassionate, safe, and effective care to residents, ensure accurate documentation, support interdisciplinary team efforts, and maintain compliance with certifications and training requirements.
