American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PACU position requiring a SD or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience.
Requirements
- Active RN license (SD or Compact) required
- Current BLS and relevant PACU certifications required
- Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
- Must meet minimum experience requirements for the PACU specialty
Responsibilities
- Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) of a surgical hospital
- Schedule of 4x10-hour shifts, 07:00-17:30, totaling 40 expected weekly hours
- Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not permitted
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to surgical patients
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
- Change of agency is not permitted once assigned to this facility
- Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
