- Establish and execute enterprise-wide quality assurance strategy, governance, and operations across operationally supported products
- Build and unify quality programs into a cohesive, scalable enterprise framework
- Lead audit programs, quality standards, reporting, and procedural governance
- Identify complex risks and opportunities and drive cross-functional solutions
- Influence policies, systems, and practices across Allied Solutions
- Oversee supplier relationships, budget performance, and external stakeholder engagement
- Define and govern QA strategy, standards, operating frameworks, procedures, systems, and tools
- Align quality standards with regulatory requirements, client expectations, and business objectives
- Partner with Operations, Operational Risk, Compliance, Technology, Training, clients, and suppliers
- Lead and develop QA managers and supervisors
- Oversee employee performance management, coaching, development, workforce planning, staffing strategies, and capacity modeling
- Direct enterprise audit programs, including methodology, scope, execution standards, scoring, calibration, and corrective actions
- Develop standardized quality reporting and dashboards
- Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, risks, and systemic issues
- Communicate quality insights and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8–10 years of work-related experience
- 8–10 years of leadership experience
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or operational roles
- Experience with in the financial services and/or insurance sectors
- Experience leading QA teams, managers, and supervisors
- Knowledge of quality standards, audit methodologies, governance, scoring, calibration, and reporting
- Ability to align quality programs with regulatory requirements, client expectations, and business objectives
- Ability to analyze audit data, identify root causes and systemic issues, and drive corrective actions
- Ability to manage QA budgets, suppliers, staffing strategies, and capacity modeling
Demonstrates expertise in establishing and executing quality assurance strategies, governance, and operations while aligning quality standards with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Proven ability to lead QA teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
