Lab Tech | $16-$18/hr (Based on Education) Monday-Wednesday, Friday & Saturday | 8am-1pm
A Sioux City area company is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join their team. This entry-level position is vital for ensuring the safety, quality, and consistency of our food products. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of scientific principles and a commitment to meticulous documentation and lab hygiene.
Responsibilities- Homogenizes samples following standard protocols
- Assists with cleaning laboratory carts, glassware, racks.
- Maintains cleanliness of laboratory work surfaces.
- Maintains records of all quality activities as required in Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
- Performs applicable testing with proper proficiency training with supervision.
- Maintains and verifies equipment.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Benefits & Pay: $16-$18/hr (Based on Education)
- Paid every Friday
