Research Associate – Yale Child Study Center
Location: Yale University, Yale School of Medicine, Yale Child Study Center
Final date to receive applications: Rolling
Responsibilities- Manage relational databases (Microsoft Access).
- Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of custom pipelines (MATLAB, Python, R) to process eye‑tracking data.
- Train and supervise research assistants and fellows in data collection, entry, and quality control procedures.
- Develop queries (SQL) and scripts (R, Python, or statistical software).
- Contribute to the early stages of data analysis.
- Generate reports on study enrollment, data quality, and data availability.
- Prepare and submit data to the NIMH Data Archive (NDA) and other data‑sharing consortiums and repositories.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data management plans for grant‑funded research projects.
- Support research staff in preparing conference abstracts, manuscripts, progress reports, and grant applications.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
