Avera Health - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare food items for assigned area;
Meet standards established by Leader for food preparation, quality, sanitation, and efficiency;
Follow extended menu and standardized recipes, memorize basic foods allowed on modified diets, use Diet Manual as a reference and keeps work area orderly and sanitary.;
Stock refrigerator, storerooms, work areas with appropriate labeling and dating procedures, food temperature record keeping, breaking down boxes.;
Serve meals/beverages with attention to temperature maintenance
