Sanford Health - Up to $23.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, season and portion food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors;
Follow menu and dietary guidelines and HACCP procedures;
Operate kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.);
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas; labeling and storage of food and equipment;
Communicate effectively with internal customers and work well in a team; ability to work independently when needed
