Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Cashier
Location: Eureka
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and help recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock according to productivity standards
- Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and ensuring all areas are neat
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting demands
- Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills are required
