Retail Project Supervisor

Driveline is hiring a Retail Project Supervisor to lead in-store retail operations and merchandising initiatives for major retailers. In this field-based role, you will oversee planogram resets, special projects, and audits, ensuring accurate execution and excellent store presentation. You will coordinate and train merchandisers, track project timelines, and report results using data-driven tools. Our culture supports flexible, independent work with clear performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise in-store merchandising projects, resets, and special initiatives for assigned retail locations
• Ensure planograms, schematics, and project instructions are interpreted and executed accurately and on time
• Coordinate and oversee field merchandisers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing on-the-job guidance
• Communicate regularly with Driveline project managers and retail store leadership regarding project status, issues, and completion
• Conduct in-store audits, take photos, and submit accurate reports using mobile tools and company systems
• Verify product placement, signage, fixtures, and pricing compliance according to retailer and brand standards
• Troubleshoot issues on site, including product shortages, fixture problems, and schedule conflicts, escalating when necessary
• Train, coach, and support new or less-experienced merchandisers on procedures, safety, and quality expectations
• Manage project timelines and daily priorities to complete multiple assignments across a territory
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and clear communication while working independently in the field
• Follow all safety guidelines and store policies while lifting, moving, and setting merchandise and fixtures
