Bakery Counter​/Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced retail sales/customer service professional.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, organization, reliability, thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to relate to customers, sales staff and kitchen staff.

Perform Opening Procedures upon opening the shop daily

Greet Customers

Assist customers throughout the day with sales, ordering or inquiries.

Answer phones and assist customers or refer the call to the appropriate staff member.

Handle initial customer complaints and work toward a resolution (refer to supervisor as necessary)

Liaison between front of the house and kitchen staff

maintain flow and quality of work

Keep track of inventory, update appropriate staff member to replenish. Light ordering tasks as necessary

Perform light project work/order preparation

Clean and maintain the store front, may including replenishing the store

Perform Closing Procedures while closing the shop daily
