Responsibilities

Affiliate Management

  • Oversee and Expand Affiliate Relationships
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our network.
  • Nurture existing relationships to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to develop strategies that boost sales.

Communication

  • Create and distribute a monthly affiliate newsletter to keep partners informed and engaged.

Community Engagement

  • Representation:
    Attend chamber meetings, tourism conferences, and community events as a Spearfish Canyon Lodge ambassador.
  • Initiatives:
    Organize and participate in sponsor ships, giveaways, and local events to enhance brand visibility and community ties.

Sales and Customer Service

  • Phone Sales Management:
    Monitor phone sales activities, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Handle outbound sales calls to potential customers and partners.
  • Manage after-hours phone calls and messages to ensure timely responses.
  • Customer Escalations:
    Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Product Knowledge and Content Management

  • Expertise:
    Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Spearfish Canyon Resorts products and services.
  • Information Updates:
    Regularly update and modify FAQs to reflect current offerings and customer inquiries.
