• Promote, market, and sell medical equipment directly to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare institutions to present products and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales effectively.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure proper installation, training, and sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental growth.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer data.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical equipment sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM Software.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
