- Expertise:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services. - Information Updates:
Regularly update FAQs. - Online Presence:
Manage listings on Google My Business, Apple Maps, and OTAs.
- Resource Management:
Handle shared resources efficiently. - Sales and Promotions:
Implement and execute campaigns. - Booking Management:
Oversee corporate, affiliate, and influencer bookings.
- Experience:
Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or affiliate management. - Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in CRM systems; excellent organization and multitasking. - Knowledge:
Familiarity with adventure tourism; understanding of digital marketing and social media. - Personal Attributes:
Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
