The position is offered for 2 years due to parental leave.
Your Responsibilities:- Active support of defined veterinary practices and clinics.
- Independent implementation of all business-relevant activities in the area in accordance with target group management or development, taking into account current consultation strategies.
- Ensuring the professional and scientific consultation of veterinarians about our products and services with the aim of active sales and implementation with the customer.
- Organization, conduct, and follow-up of further training events with veterinarians and other professional circles.
- Achieving the agreed quantitative and qualitative goals in the respective area/team.
- Regular and independent analysis of customers/area/market.
- Order management in the ordering tool and promotion of the use of e-commerce.
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Negotiation and sales skills, as well as presentation and moderation abilities
- Goal-oriented, independent work
- Successfully completed agricultural, veterinary medical, or natural science education or comparable qualification
- Experience in customer support, on-site as well as digitally, is advantageous
- Willingness to travel for several days, possibly on weekends
- English language skills are advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Teams, and handling of CRM systems
- Driving license class B or equivalent
