Drinks & More is a leading premium beverage distributor from the lifestyle metropolis Berlin. We offer our consumers and customers from trade and scene gastronomy an innovative portfolio of top brands like Schweppes, Gatorade, Orangina, Dr Pepper and Vöslauer and build up coveted trend brands like Proviant, Knabe Malz & Kola, Richard's SUN Iced Tea and Desmond's. As part of the Krombacher Group, which with an annual output of over 7 million hectoliters is one of the largest beverage manufacturers in Germany, we have expertise and competence in the beverage industry.

For our area in the greater Siegen-Wittgenstein, Olpe, Oberbergischer Kreis, Märkischer Kreis and Altenkirchen districts, we are looking for a merchandiser for the following area of responsibility:

• First Impression Counts. You ensure an appealing product presentation that impresses at first glance. This includes especially clean stock placement with the implementation of minimum shelf life controls and the consideration of the first in/first out method.
• Convincing at POS. You analyze the sales area, recognize distribution and placement potentials and utilize them. You promote the sale of our products through active implementation of secondary placements and use of promotional materials directly at POS.
• Building Trust and Customer Base. You build trusting relationships with your contacts in the market and are a reliable partner for the retail trade and beverage pick-up market.
• Expanding Market Leadership. You build up the distribution and availability of the product range of Krombacher and Schweppes steadily.

• Experience in Food Retail. You have a completed vocational training, ideally in the food retail sector.
• People and Brands. You have a passion for exciting customers, making brands experienceable and with your engagement increasing sales.
• Customer Focus. You convince with an outstanding service orientation and have a feel for the needs of your customers.
• Independent Work. You work structured, independently as well as goal and result oriented and are creative and open-minded.
• Residence in Sales Area. Your residence is (in the future) in the defined area – so you are close to your customers and always at the pulse of the market.
