Sales Consultant

This role offers a high potential income with a proven sales process, base salary, and generous commissions. You will sell new homes, secure contracts, and build strong customer relationships. The position requires the ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.

• Learn all products and showcase them to prospects.
• Sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers.
• Analyze local competition.

• Two (2) successful years of sales experience (new home sales preferred).
• Valid Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional communication skills (one‑on‑one and in group settings).
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and willing to work hard.

• Base salary of $700 per week for the first 16 weeks.
• Draw of $700 per week after week 16.
• Generous commissions per home sold; total earnings potential $150,000 – $250,000.
