Automotive Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of the buying process, from the first handshake to the day they drive off the lot.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and learning what they're looking for.
• Helping customers compare vehicles and answer their questions.
• Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives.
• Explaining pricing, financing options, and available protection products.
• Working with management to locate the right vehicle when it's not currently in stock.
• Following up with customers before and after the sale.
• Building relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Keeping customer information up to date in our CRM.
• Staying current on vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
