Cable One, operating as Sparklight, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within our Telecommunications Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise opportunities, selling high-speed internet, voice, and data solutions to large business customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, and partner closely with engineering teams to craft tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new enterprise accounts in assigned territory
- Lead consultative sales cycles with C-level and senior IT stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and position Sparklight broadband, voice, and data solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from qualification through contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to design scalable customer solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRMAchieve and exceed revenue, margin, and activity targets
- Represent Cable One/Sparklight at industry events and customer meetings
- Develop long-term strategic account plans to expand wallet share
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and superior customer service
