Prairie Sons, Inc. is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to step into a Foreman Plumber role. This position is based in Brandon, SD, just minutes from Sioux Falls, making it an easy commute for candidates in the Sioux Falls area. You’ll lead a skilled plumbing team, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure quality work every time. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent pay and benefits.

Pay: $58,000 – $72,000 per year, depending on experience

Work Schedule:
Typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be available on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbers and apprentices on commercial and residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan plumbing solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on track
• Mentor and train team members

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
