Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Foreman Role
Prairie Sons, Inc., a family-owned plumbing company based in Brandon, SD, is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to step into a Foreman role. This position offers the chance to lead a skilled plumbing team and work on a range of commercial and residential projects. Located just minutes from Sioux Falls, it’s a great opportunity for candidates in the Sioux Falls area looking for a solid commute and stable, year-round employment.
Pay$58,000 – $72,000 per year, depending on experience
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be available on an as-needed basis.

- Lead and supervise plumbers and apprentices on projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan plumbing solutions
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades for smooth project flow
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Experience in a Foreman or supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
