Avera Health - - Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and assets including buildings, grounds, mechanical, physical, and stationary equipment, machines, and vehicles;
Conduct building inspections, replace parts, clean, and oversee heating, plumbing, outdoor grounds & landscaping, and snow & ice removal;
Perform basic carpentry and maintenance work including painting, remodeling projects, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC;
Maintain records of state/regulatory and OSHA compliance, and manage preventative maintenance program and PM schedules;
Respond to facility emergency codes and assist with safety drills and inspections
