The role includes mentoring trainees, conducting field diagnostics, and supporting customer clinics, with accountability for billable time and thorough work order documentation.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and be proficient with Service ADVISOR and basic computer tools. A valid driver’s license is required.
