Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a self-motivated and hardworking Truck & Trailer Repair Technician and/or Diesel Repair Technician to join our team. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career in truck repair, we are open to training individuals who are passionate about the industry. We understand that the right attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of trucks and vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Execute repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and uphold a team mentality.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Prior experience in truck repair is preferred but not required.
- A strong passion for the truck repair industry.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
