South Wales & Bristol Area

£600 per Tonne Recovered

We are currently recruiting experienced 2-man cable recovery gangs to support ongoing heavy cable recovery works across South Wales and Bristol
, operating within a 50-mile radius of Cardiff
.

The Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the safe recovery and removal of heavy cable infrastructure across a variety of sites. The work will involve:

Heavy cable recovery and removal
Working safely in line with site and client requirements
Completing daily work records and tonnage reporting
Maintaining productivity and quality standards
Travelling to sites within a 50-mile radius of Cardiff

Rates & Productivity

Rate: £600 per tonne recovered
Target: 4 tonnes per week
Current gangs are averaging 3.6 tonnes per week
Excellent earning potential for high-performing teams

Requirements

Established 2-man gang
Previous cable recovery, civils, utilities or telecoms experience preferred
Full UK driving licence at least 2 years no bans within 2 years
Strong health & safety awareness
Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
Ability to work efficiently to achieve tonnage targets
