Key responsibilities include:
assisting with roadside services, learning preventative maintenance, and performing diagnostics and repairs on electrical, air conditioning, wheel end, air system, brakes, charging systems, and auxiliary components.
Qualifications and skills:mechanically inclined individuals with no professional experience are welcomed; ability to lift 75+ pounds, work in various temperatures, and obtain a DOT medical card (paid by employer).
Work functions:provide excellent customer service, prioritize safety, and work rotating shifts including day and night.
Training and development:comprehensive apprenticeship program with a focus on technical diagnostics and parts management.
