Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Job Description - Field Welder/Mechanic must have a minimum of two years experience with welding and knowledge of mechanical aptitude. This position will work in a team environment on the removal, repair, rebuild or replace of defective components on heavy industrial equipment. Candidate must possess a strong commitment to safety of self and others. Must be willing to travel, work outside in adverse weather conditions and be comfortable with heights.

Candidate must be willing to learn new tasks and have pride in the quality of their work. Routine overtime is involved. Must be at least 18 years of age. We require a driving record that is acceptable to our company insurance. We conduct a welding test to determine proficiency and placement.

• 18 years or older
• Minimum 2 years experience in trade or 2 year technical degree in trade
• Driving record acceptable to our Company insurance
• Safety Oriented
• Ability to work as a team
• Maintain high regard for quality

• OSHA safety training
• Basic knowledge machining processes and measuring tools
• Basic knowledge of blue print reading
• CDL driver’s license
• Qualifications in other trades we work in

• Working in all weather conditions
• Working at heights
• Working in confined spaces
• Heavy lifting
• Working moderate to high overtime hours
• Travel
