Gen Pro Energy Solutions is seeking motivated and safety-focused Apprentice Electricians to join our Field Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the rapidly growing renewable energy industry by working alongside experienced electrical professionals on commercial and utility-scale solar projects.

As a Field Operations Technician (Apprentice Electrician), you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems and related electrical infrastructure while developing the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required to become a licensed electrician. Through mentorship, on-the-job training, and participation in Gen Pro's registered Electrical Apprenticeship Program, you will gain valuable experience in a collaborative, safety-first environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, committed to quality workmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented, travel-based construction environment. Candidates must be eligible to enroll in the Company's registered Apprenticeship Program through the U.S. Department of Labor and be willing to travel extensively to project sites throughout multiple states.

Base Pay:$19.21/hour - $31.92/hour Based on Documented Electrical Hours.

Prevailing Wages:Employees assigned to projects subject to prevailing wage requirements will be compensated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and regulations. Prevailing wage rates apply where required.

• Enroll in and successfully complete the Company's approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
• Maintain eligibility for and participate in the U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program.
• Develop technical knowledge and practical skills through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.

• Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and service of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems and related electrical equipment.
