We are currently hiring 4 experienced carpenters to support our expanding workload throughout coastal Rhode Island. Our projects focus on exterior home maintenance, trim repair, and preparation for professional painting. During the winter months, our work transitions into interior carpentry and remodeling—providing consistent, year-round work.

As a carpenter on our team, you will work on residential projects that protect, restore, and improve homes.

• Repairing and replacing exterior trim, fascia, and siding
• Completing maintenance carpentry prior to painting projects
• Repairing damaged or weathered wood
• Performing interior carpentry and remodeling work (seasonal)
• Working safely on ladders and exterior surfaces
• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicating with team members and occasionally with homeowners

Many of our projects are located along the Rhode Island coastline, where attention to detail and durability are essential.

We’re looking for carpenters who are dependable, experienced, and take ownership of their work.

• 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction or remodeling
• Confidence using ladders, scaffolding, and power tools
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
