Gen Pro Energy Solutions is seeking a Solar Mechanical Installer to support the construction of large-scale utility solar projects. This position is responsible for installing solar field foundations, piles, racking, tracker systems, and other mechanical components according to project plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience in solar or heavy construction, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to safely operate equipment such as pile drivers, skid steers, telehandlers, excavators, backhoes, and boom lifts. This role requires working outdoors, traveling regularly to project sites, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

• 10 days on / 4 days off general schedule
• Company-coordinated flights to and from main locations

• Projects primarily located throughout Illinois, with Colorado projects anticipated

Travel Requirements:
