- Diploma or professional title in elderly care
- And/or verifiable experience of at least 3 years in assistance to dependent persons
- Ability to adapt to various work contexts, expectations, and habits
- Politeness, courtesy, punctuality, professional discretion
- Good listening skills
- Ability to take initiatives
- Ability to work independently
- Cleanliness and correct presentation Possibility to complement your working time with our partners in replacement or regular: daycares, leisure centers, schools, evening babysitting, etc.

Home care assistant (H/F) in Plappeville The mission

Your role will be to accompany the person assisted in daily gestures:

- Help with getting up and going to bed
- Help with toileting
- Help with meal preparation
- Arm support
- Activity to stimulate and maintain memory
- Maintenance of the living environment (common household chores) - Shopping You transmit any useful information to the Solutia manager about the situation of the person taken care of. Possible work from Monday to Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Regular availability is necessary. Depending on your skills, you can complete your hours with childcare and/or cleaning and ironing services.

The conditions - A part-time CDI that can evolve towards a full-time (possibility to complement your hours with childcare and/or cleaning/ironing services).

- Driver's license B + vehicle desired
- Professional references required
