Legend Seeds Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Distribution Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize the delivery process, ensuring efficient and reliable service to our customers. • Coordinate all aspects of the delivery process, including transfers, deliveries, and returns within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective distribution plans and schedules.
• Work closely with processing facilities to facilitate the transfer of products out of their locations.
• Ensure that all loads comply with legal weight regulations and that trucks are utilized efficiently.
• Utilize company assets effectively to generate revenue and maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound loads at the facility, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
• Maintain and care for company assets, ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards are upheld.
• Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring team members perform their tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and duties as required to support the company's operational needs.

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems and related technology.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States

This is a full-time position with standard hours Monday
- Friday. Occasional earlier start times, evenings and weekends based on job demand. There is some travel with this position.
