• Ensure accurate stocking and inventory management of products within the warehouse
• Assist with efficient distribution and order fulfillment processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
• Support inventory counts and reporting as needed
• Help with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of products
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency

• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but we are willing to train
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and results-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely an active, standing role and lifting is required. This would require bending and ability to lift to 60 pounds as necessary.

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

5-10% travel is expected for this position

• Valid Driver’s License
• Prefer CDL (Commercial Driver License with valid health card) or ability to obtain in 6 months
• Private Pesticide Applicators License or ability to obtain
• Forklift experience
• Attention to detail and customer serviced focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer functions
