This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries, verifying products against shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures and handling materials properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, data entry, and stock tracking.
• Label, organize, and store products to maximize warehouse space and ensure easy retrieval.
• Support daily warehouse operations by moving materials and ensuring timely order fulfillment

• HSD or GED required
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Stand up forklift lift experience preferred but will train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail with afocus on accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems, inventory software, or data entry tools.
• Maintained safe material handling practices whenlifting, moving, and transporting products throughout the facility

The hourly payrange for this role is $20.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
