Job Overview

Hefty Seed Company is a progressive, rapidly growing agriculture retailer hiring a dependable warehouse worker. The role requires the ability to multi‑task, work in a fast‑paced environment, and practice safety. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be a team player, possess excellent follow‑through skills, and exhibit strong verbal and written communication.

Current CDL or driver’s license preferred but not required.

• Perform daily inventory counts
• Accurately and efficiently load customer orders
• Prepare, receive, and check in shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Assist the inventory team with additional tasks as needed
• Run the seed conditioner through the winter
• Bag and handle seed beans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Full‑time, year‑round with the ability to work 50+ hours per week.
