Warehouse Operator

Agropur, a leading North American dairy cooperative, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support its manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload dairy ingredients and finished products in a refrigerated environment. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying shipments, picking and staging orders, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, and following all food safety, GMP, and OSHA safety standards.

You'll keep the warehouse clean and organized, communicate with production and logistics teams, and participate in continuous improvement activities aligned with Agropur's quality, collaboration, and sustainability values.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment to move, load, and unload dairy products and packaging
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for production and shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete warehouse documentation
• Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP procedures in a refrigerated environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Report equipment issues and support basic troubleshooting or maintenance requests
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet schedules
