Job Summary

A growing organization in the travel, transportation, and tourism industry is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Accounting Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in South El Monte, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable supporting accounts payable, general accounting, spreadsheet maintenance, and month‑end close activities.

• Process accounts payable transactions and support general accounting activities.
• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and accounting records.
• Assist with procurement requests for office supplies and related administrative accounting needs.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including account review, documentation, and reconciliations as needed.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy in daily accounting processes.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors as needed in Mandarin and English.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $45,000 to $62,000 per year.
