About the roleJoin our team as a CNC Programmer where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our milling & turning manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative equipment solutions while maintaining our commitment to quality and precision.
What you'll do- Program CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages. Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
- Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 is a must.
- Understanding of machining processes including electrical discharge machining.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field is advantageous.
- 5 or more years experience as a CNC Programmer.
