Pay
$3,000 per month base
Commission on every deal you close
Most reps with a decent close rate hit six figures

The role
You’ll meet with homeowners who requested an appointment. You’ll walk them through options, keep it simple, help them choose what fits, and ask for the business. No weird pressure tactics. Just clear communication, confidence, and follow through.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you can communicate, learn quickly, and you’re not afraid to ask for the sale, we can teach you the rest.
