Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois seeks a Site Coordinator for the After-School Program to lead a team delivering high-quality youth programming at a Club site. You will ensure a safe, supportive environment, build relationships with families and schools, and align programming with our mission and values.
You will oversee staff development, enforce behavior guidelines, manage space safety, and help youth develop skills across physical, social, and academic domains.
