As Collections Manager, you’ll help ensure:

• Kids continue accessing safe and supportive spaces
• Families receive support and guidance
• Funding and reimbursements are processed smoothly
• The organization remains strong and sustainable

You help strengthen accountability, organization, and long‑term sustainability across the organization.

• Manage collections related to:
  • Membership fees
  • Donor pledges
  • CCAP payments
  • Grant reimbursements
• Monitor accounts receivable and payment trends
• Communicate with families, donors, grantors, and agencies
• Create payment plans and support solutions for families
• Help strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability

• Process CCAP certificates
• Track attendance claims and reimbursement timelines
• Communicate with CCR&R and funding agencies
• Support grant reimbursement submissions
• Ensure documentation is accurate and organized

• Maintain records in:
  • Quick Books
  • Salesforce/My Club Hub
  • Excel
• Prepare collection and reimbursement reports
• Identify trends, risks, and process improvements
• Support efficient and organized financial operations

• Support families with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Compliance teams
• Build strong relationships with community partners
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately
• Help create a positive experience for everyone you interact with

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related finance experience
• Experience with:
  • Quick Books
  • Salesforce/My Club Hub
  • Excel or similar systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience with CCAP or childcare subsidy programs preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Full‑time position averaging 40 hours/week
• Primarily office‑based in South Elgin
• Limited remote flexibility as approved
• Frequent communication with families, donors, agencies, and staff
• Some schedule flexibility may be needed
