What You’ll Do Collections & Financial Stewardship- Manage collections related to:
- Membership fees
- Donor pledges
- CCAP payments
- Grant reimbursements
- Monitor accounts receivable and payment trends
- Communicate with families, donors, grantors, and agencies
- Create payment plans and support solutions for families
- Help strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability
- Process CCAP certificates
- Track attendance claims and reimbursement timelines
- Communicate with CCR&R and funding agencies
- Support grant reimbursement submissions
- Ensure documentation is accurate and organized
- Maintain records in:
- Quick Books
- Salesforce/My Club Hub
- Excel
- Prepare collection and reimbursement reports
- Identify trends, risks, and process improvements
- Support efficient and organized financial operations
- Support families with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Build strong relationships with community partners
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately
- Help create a positive experience for everyone you interact with

- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related finance experience
- Experience with:
- Quick Books
- Salesforce/My Club Hub
- Excel or similar systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with CCAP or childcare subsidy programs preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- Primarily office‑based in South Elgin
- Limited remote flexibility as approved
