Job Summary:

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining the supply chain of the organization. This position receives incoming materials from various suppliers as ordered. Enter new inventory into the database, pull orders of request tickets, deliver requests/orders, and update inventory stock accordingly.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain the quality of any product incoming/outgoing from inventory and report defects to the manager.
• Deliver items as requested to departments based on system requests
• Maintain stock and merchandise in the mezzanine
• Conduct weekly on-hand inventory audits
• Daily collection of finished goods product sheets
• Daily submission of finished goods logs
• Daily verification of products
• Loading finished goods/products
• Must be able to operate various forklifts and maintain a forklift certification
• Must be able to report to work on time and work the assigned schedule
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must have ERP experience

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Education/Experience:

• High school or equivalent preferred
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience

• Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 50 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from mezzanine stock and prepare product for delivery to manufacturing departments.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the facilities.
• Work in varying temperatures
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequently go up/down the stairs
