Starting Pay: $18 (based on experience) + 8% Shift Premium

3rd Shift

Hours:

12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

• Operate various plastic molding/assembly machines producing a wide variety of molded parts.
• Visually scan for manufacturing defects, trim, sort, assemble, weigh/count and package parts.
• Make up boxes, record, verify production labels and operate grinder.
• Work from verbal and posted written instructions at the press.
• Maintain work area neat and orderly.
• Housekeeping: maintain cleanliness and safety requirements.
• Report on defective material and equipment.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Follow GMP rules, safety rules and wear required protective clothing.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
• Continue to grow job‑specific knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of the job. This description may not contain every function/responsibility that may be required for the performance of this job. All team members are required to perform other related duties/functions as assigned.

• Usually stand/walk most of the work day.
• Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Occasionally lift, push, pull up to 30‑50 pounds.
• Use of specific vision abilities normally required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Infrequent use of finger/hand movements and keyboarding.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Basic math proficiency.
