Hoffer Plastics is seeking a Mold Setup Technician for the 2nd shift to set up molds and adjust parameters to meet production needs. The role includes handling auxiliary equipment and inputting process parameters while maintaining 5S standards and safety policies.
Starting pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, plus a 4% shift premium. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available across levels C, B, and A depending on skill development.
